Put Together a Group or Reunion Cruise
Did you know that if you get 16 friends, coworkers or member of
a club or organization to which you belong to cruise with you, your cruise is
free?
And, you are not the only one to benefit either. Everyone's fare
will be at a "group rate" that, in most cases, is lower than the fare available
to an individual. Once we set up the group for you with the cruise line, they
can't increase the fare as the ship fills up. Plus you get to choose your dining
time in advance (and with some cruise lines, groups receive a cabin upgrade.)
When you are a recognized group with the cruise line it's
possible to add special benefits for all the passengers, perhaps a cocktail
party, a personalized in cabin gift or special tour just for you. And finally,
it's just more fun when you're traveling with a group of compatible vacationers.
Before you start to make plans you ought to talk to the
experienced staff at Vacations At Sea. Many times we can suggest the right
combination of ship, destination and departure date that will have the greatest
appeal to your potential cruisers at the lowest possible fares. And to repeat,
with 16 other passengers, assuming that they are traveling with two people per
cabin, your cruise fare is free. Your only expenses are the port charges and
government taxes or fees. Air transportation, if required, is additional for
everyone.
What is a group?
A group is a number of individuals who share a common bond or
interest. Here are some examples:
- Organizations
Retirees, churches, alumni, PTA, charities, retired military units
- Clubs
Bridge groups, health clubs, choirs, class reunions, bank clubs, etc.
- Special Interest
Golf, square dancing, bowling, photography, wine, bird watching
- Family Groups
Weddings, reunions, anniversaries
- Business Groups
Company meetings, new product launches, incentive awards for increased sales
or productivity
Vacations At Sea has been actively helping groups plan
successful cruse travel for more than 20 years. In addition to counseling group
leaders in the selection of the ship and itinerary, we will prepare customized
flyers and sign-up sheets, work with you in the promotion of the group cruise,
and provide a program to help inform group members about the planned cruise to
answer all their questions. We handle the invoicing and address your group's
specific needs with the cruise line's specialized departments to make all go
smoothly. We carefully check cruise line tickets and documentation so you can
travel with confidence.
Bring us your group or your idea for a group cruise and we will work with you.
